Do you create custom items?TOP Yes! I love creating custom pieces. There is nothing more satisfying for me than a happy customer. The custom jewelry process is rather simple. E-mail me at info@silverfaeriedesigns.com with your basic idea. Colors stones and style being the most important. I'll return your e-mail with other questions and we'll go from there. Feel free to look around my gallery of past work if you need ideas of what I can create. Custom orders can take up to two weeks to create and ship, please note that they are not returnable unless damaged in transit.
Are your pieces limited run?TOP Unless otherwise noted, every piece at Silver Faerie Designs is one of a kind. Two pieces may be similar, but I do not mass create my designs. I feel that every design should be just as unique as the person that wears it.
What is your privacy policy?TOP I will never give, sell, trade or otherwise allow anyone else to access your personal information. Your privacy is very important!
What is your exchange policy?TOP Each item is one of a kind, due to this fact we only allow exchanges on defective or broken items. Please see the FAQ on broken items.
What forms of payment do you accept?TOP At this time, Silver Faerie Designs only accepts Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account to send payment. If you have any questions about Paypal I suggest checking their website at www.paypal.com.
Do you ship internationally?TOP I do not ship internationally! Shipping is the same for the US, Canada and everywhere else. Insurance is optional on all orders, if you do not choose to have insurance added Silver Faerie Designs will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages that do not have insurance.
What is your shipping schedule?TOP My current shipping schedule is 2-5 days after an order is placed from the website. I send via First Class in the US. I send an e-mail when the order is shipped, every order is Delivery Confirmed. I send the DC number in the e-mail so you can track your goodies winging their way to you! Custom orders can take up to two weeks to create and ship.
Shipping Cost?TOP At this point in time we have a flat shipping cost of $3.00. Handling charges are $2.00. These costs are to cover shipping, packaging, delivery to the post office as well as actual shipping and delivery confirmation. If shipping costs more than the amount charged there will be no extra charge to you. Insurance is required for international orders. Orders over $110 automatically receive free shipping.
Help! My piece broke in the mail! Now what?TOP I take the utmost care in packing and shipping orders.

lost, stolen or damaged packages.
In the case that it does happen, please save the original packaging and
